VisionAI ("VisionAI", "we", "us") is an AI-powered content discovery platform for African video. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. VisionAI is operated from the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

• Watch history — the videos you play, resume positions, and watchlist — to power your experience.
• Device type and basic technical information used to keep the service secure and working across your devices.

• Personalised recommendations based on your watch history.

• Subscription billing and access management.

Third-Party Platforms

Video content on VisionAI is sourced from third-party platforms including YouTube, Vimeo, Rumble and others. When you play a video it streams directly from that platform, and that platform's own terms and privacy policies apply to their content and players.

Payment Processing

Subscription payments are processed by Flutterwave and Paystack. Your card details are submitted securely to the processor and handled under its own security standards — VisionAI does not see or store your card details.

Google Sign-In

If you sign in with Google, we receive only your email address and name from Google to create or access your account. We do not receive your Google password or any other Google data.

Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. Deleting your account removes your profile, watch history, and watchlist from our systems.

AI Recommendations

We use your watch history to power personalised recommendations. You may opt out by contacting us at [email protected].

Cookies We Use

We keep our use of cookies to a minimum. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.

• Essential cookies — your authentication token (visionai_token) and active profile (visionai_profile). These are required for the service to function and to keep you signed in.
• Preference cookies — your theme and dismissed banners. These improve your experience but are not essential.
• Analytics cookies — used only with your consent to understand how the platform is used (PostHog — coming soon).
