Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VisionAI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

VisionAI is an AI-powered content discovery platform that helps you find and organise African video content — Nollywood, Afrobeats, news, comedy and more.

AI Recommendations Disclosure

VisionAI uses artificial intelligence to analyse your viewing history and generate personalised content recommendations. You may opt out by contacting [email protected].

Content

All videos are hosted on third-party platforms such as YouTube, Vimeo and others. VisionAI does not host video content — we catalogue and present it through embedded players. Content availability is controlled by those platforms and may change or be removed at any time.

Subscriptions

  • Basic — free.
  • Premium — ₦2,000/month.
  • Family — ₦5,000/month.

Paid plans are auto-renewing and billed monthly via Flutterwave or Paystack until cancelled.

Premium and Family subscriptions provide access to AI-powered discovery features, personalised recommendations, watchlists, and an enhanced experience. Subscriptions do not grant ownership of, or guaranteed access to, any third-party video content.

Prices shown are subject to change. Existing subscribers will be notified 30 days before any price change.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free Basic plan. No refunds are issued for partial months, except where required by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute content or data from the platform.
  • Circumvent tier limits, access controls, or other technical restrictions.
  • Share accounts across households — the Family plan is for a single household.

Intellectual Property

The VisionAI platform, interface, and AI curation are proprietary and may not be copied or reused without permission. Rights in the underlying videos remain with their owners and hosting platforms.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". Because videos are hosted by third parties, content availability depends on those platforms and is outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VisionAI is not liable for content outages or for any indirect or consequential damages.

Force Majeure

VisionAI is not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party platform changes (YouTube, Vimeo etc.), or government actions.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
